Well I would give you a link to a solution but Onebit wont let me. So just google how to remove PerforMax Cleaner and there are serval good websites that show you how to do it.

Mainly what you are wanting to do is to restart your PC then go to Task Manager and then Processes and stop all PerforMax processes then try to uninstall it. After that remove all traces of it from the Users folder and the regedit
